Horrible service and product

I am so disappointed. I took my son for glasses, got the glasses they told me the glasses wouldn't scratch and the frame Krypric is vertually indestructible. Great. A few months later the ear snap I go back buy a new frame and guess what now it's broken again same spot. I phone them and they do what tell me to bring the glasses in so they can send it to the supplier and then they will give me better frames. So basically saying my son must suffer with headaches until the supplier pays them for the mess up. Do not believe them when they say anything.
