Horrible Attitude - Vision Works Overport City

On Sunday 9 September I had my eyes tested at Vision Works in Overport City and handed 2 frames to have the lenses changed. One of the pairs was brand new and never used. On 13 September I got an sms that my glasses were ready for collection. When I went in the lady that assisted me on Sunday (Pam) brought out both the frames. I immediately noticed that the brand new pair that was not used had a scratch on the frame. I immediately brought this to her attention and she said she would show it to Avinaal. The second pair which I have used - Both lenses were scratched which she could not see but said that it would be replaced at no cost to me. Avinaal came out of his room and advised that it is just a scratch - To which I advised it was a band new frame and this was not the case when I handed it in. Why was it not inspected before you took my frames in? Clearly something you cannot answer because it was not inspected. Avinaal asked me for an invoice and then he maybe able to assist. I tried explaining to him that the glasses was more than 2 years old and I did not have the invoice. He became very rude and abrupt and in my presence said to Pam "She is not understanding and he cannot do anything about it" and walked away. Bearing in mind that the glasses was never used and the plastic dummy lenses was still on the glasses. Really sad that this is the way you speak to people and have an attitude of such.
