Had the worst experience with Vision Works Mall of Africa.

I made payment for spectacles on the 17th of February 2022, I did not receive them till the 09th of March. I had to go in the shop more than twice to follow up with them. I had to call so many times as well. We then agreed that they will deliver to their other branch closer to my home, Mall of the South, I went there on the agreed day, and Mall of The South did not have a clue of what I was talking about, so no spectacles.

I called their shop on the 2nd of March and spoke to Janine, she promised to send the spectacles with their driver, and I would be able to pick them up the following day, which was a Thursday, I managed to get to Mall of The South the Saturday and to my surprise there was no spectacles.

We were in this crazy mess because the spectacles that my sister took from them broke, only a few months after she took them from their shop, barely 5 months that she had the spectacles. We were only told after we brought back the spectacles that they do not have a guarantee, surely their optometrist should let people know when they choose a frame that, that particular frame doesn’t have a guarantee/warranty. This was never communicated with us.

Any way, i am not going back to them.
