Greenstone - Poor Workmanship

After I had my frame fitted with glass in Greenstone Vision Works. The frame came back wide and I cannot even wear the spectacles because if I face down they come off. I reported this and they did not even bother to help they just told me me prescription is too high hence the frame became wide. I have been using spectacles with high prescription for over ten years and I have never had this problem.
