False Promises

For the last 2 years I have been getting prescription glasses from vision works greenstone. Everytime I was promised a call when the specs will be ready for collection, and not once did they come back to me with an answer as they promised. I will always phone and do the chasing around. I received a call from them on wednesday, 4th February 2015 after I called them for my specs. On wednesday I was called to say I will receive a call by the close of business on Wednesday, today is saturday, I have not received a call as yet. Initially I was promised it will take a week, its going close to 3 weeks know. I have to chase them continuously to get an answer.
