eye blind

<p>So my husband went to blue route vision works for eye test and the quote came to something ridiculous of R4693 or something like that .I thought this was crazy and gave a friend a call for professional advice as this was without a frame. My friend asked me to read the quote to her and there was such alit of stuff prescribe that my husband didnt need.Less than 24 hours I called the store to say they must cancel and the manageress told me I could not . I asked her for the head office number where I guy told me Bonita will call me back now.hour later no one called I called again and a lady by the name of Adele or Adila picked up I told her im waiting on a call from Bonita,with lots of attitude she told me I cant expect them to call me in a hour and that she didnt prescribe the lenses.(hellooo do u not work for vision works)I told her my story and 10mins later Bonita called with such attitude I can see where her staff gets it from.She spoke to me in unprofessional tone said I suggest you take ur husband for eye test and dint go by opinion and said she wont charge me for the lenses.Well I took my husband for another eye test which I had to pay out of my pocket for and oh was it so worth it from R4693 I only paid R666 by spec savers Blue Route .Theresa u are a ******* people please be aware these optometrist are just out to make money</p>
