Displeased and disappointed!!!

I am highly displeased with Vision Works in Overport. I went to get glasses through my medical aid. I did the eye test and picked the frames. I then waited to be advised that my glassed were ready. When going to get my glasses the frames were already broken. The arm was loose as it just fell closed and the ***** was not the same as the other. It seems as though they gave me the display pair of frames and just put my prescriptions in those frames which would be a second hand pair of frames that has sat on every Tom, **** and Harry's face. I am highly upset because now i have to wait again when i have already been in desperate need for my glasses. How do you hand someone a pair of glasses when the frames are not even in a condition whereby you know they are new and wearable. Do yourself a favour and just go and spend the extra money at specsavers where you know you won't go wrong.
