Delayed prescription glasses

I am so mad at the experience and service I’m getting at vision @ works mall if Africa,I have been waiting for my glasses,for the past week I always get the glasses will be delivered after 2 and we will contact you once we have them in store,now they are down right ignoring my calls,I paid cash for them and I really need them as I rely on them,can they please stop taking me for a ride and tell me the truth instead of ignoring me.
