Damaged lenses without any help

I got my glasses in August of 2020 after struggling with the wrong lenses from February 2020. I phoned in March 2021 after I saw that my antiglare was starting to go off/ damage. The lady that answered the phone said unfortunately they cannot assist me with the damaged lenses as I’m out warranty?? I mean I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life and never has this happened? I can’t see trough my glasses and my previous glasses are not the same so can’t see trough them as well?? Now I have to get a new pair just to pay R5000 again...
