Below expected service standard

About a month ago I went to get new spectacles ,I have used the vision works at Wonderpark previously and the service was excellent. I took advantage of the buy one get 1 frame free of which I was promised delivery 3-7 days . I would regularly walk in to check while I was on leave and several occasions they were never delivered...it's over a month now I only mages to get a pair of spectacles that are not tinted and I never wore clear lenses my whole life. About a week ago I receive a call that the second pair has arrived. The sad part is I was on a holidays within the area and it's almost impossible for me to drive back there.

Can I cancel that order as the supplier failed to deliver on time? Can my funds in my medical be refunded? I spent quite a lot on fuel going there to check if they have received my spectacles. On top of all this they don't even have variety of products to choose from. I am not happy and if it was possible I was going to courier back the pair I have in my possession.
