Bad service

I have never been disrespected and humiliated like this before. I spoke to a lady who was very rude to me when I told her that the metal frame I got not even a year old had rust and my skin is reacting very badly to it. They lady said that it's not their fault that my skin is reacting badly to the bad quality frame I got from them.

She then said i must bring the glasses in however, i have to pay for a new pair of frame. I explained to her that i had moved away from potch and her response was it is not her problem. When I asked her if they can't arrange with the nearest branch she laughed at me and said I shouldn't make my problems hers.

The lady was disrespect and rude towards me, I will definitely not advise people to use this branch. Because clearly she is not trained on how to deal with bad services/quality offered to a client. I urge the dischem group to do something about this kind of behavior, as it *****s the reputation of the company.
