A year later and still no vision

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from the Strubensvallei Dischem Strubensvallei. I received the best service ever the first time there. I specifically ask the op if I should rather spend more on a better frame.he said the frame I chose is more than perfect. I have had endless issues with that pair of glasses.frames that the lenses fall out of. Then they come back and then the prescription is not wrong where I walk like i am drunk. They go back again .I get them back and I send them in again. Every time something is wrong. In this last year since purchasing my glasses from them I can activatly say I have worn them for three months. The rest of the time they have been incorrectly fitted or been with the lab. I am still waiting for a invoice that I have requested numerous times. I have made this payment in cash twice 4500 for the lenses and 1500 for the frame. When I talk to other people and I hear what they have paid for their prescription glasses I truly feel I have done over and ******. No evidence of my payments and no records of anything. I want my money back from dischem vision works and I truly say no body should ever go there.ever. they will Rob you
