Vision works are *******!!!

The worst Optimetrists you can ever go to. Took my 9yr old son on 22/03/24 for their kids see free promotion but you must pay R200 for the eye test. Get there and his eye test was less than ten minutes and was told he needs specs and blue citing is advised. They quoted me R2800!! I then pointed out it’s a kids see free appointment then they just knocked off R1000. I then messaged them on instagram on 27/03/24 as there is no other social media platform to complain it took them almost a week to reply and then they apologised and said someone from headquarters will contact me. Up to today no one from HQ has contacted me. My son doesn’t have his specs and I don’t have my deposit of R900 back that I had to pay for the specs. I told them I want my money back as I shouldn’t have to pay more than the R200 for the eye test and not a word from vision works!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡
