Defamation

I went in 2024 to enquire about glasses. I was told I need to pay a deposit before they will process my glasses I didnt have a deposit and walked out and went else where my medical insurance could be used I came successfully right the next day staff sent me a WhatsApp message acknowledging that I went elsewhere throughout 2025 my parents is being getting calls. Claiming for a R3000 payment for glasses. For 1 this company violated POPI act by voluntarily discussing financial data to a third party and 2 they have gone against there own policy by processing something forward knowing very well I went elsewhere. It takes about 7-14 days for glasses to be done correctly. In 24 hours your processed something forward knowing I went elsewhere and now a year later you slamming me and my credit record... this company is bad for business and unnecessarily overpriced compared to specsavers and neovision and eyesave. VISION WORKS TRY YOU LUCK ELSEWHERE !!!!!
