Vision Tactical Reckless Driving Behavior

I’ve been commuting from the West Rand to Centurion for the past few months, and during this time, I’ve repeatedly encountered a Vision Tactical vehicle (Number Plate MC 95 RC GP) displaying extremely reckless driving behavior. No lights or Tactical lights on. On several occasions, the driver has been speeding in excess of 160 km/h, weaving through traffic, and even forcing other vehicles out of their lanes. This kind of conduct poses a serious risk to road users and is deeply concerning. Due to the severity of the situation, I have reported the vehicle to the South African Police Service.
