Very rude guard at HMA

Generally happy with Vision Tactical at HMA, especially Kaulani, who is friendly and helpful. However, I had very bad experiences with an old security guard who started recently. He says his name is Eugene. Twice he has not opened the gate at the senior section because he was too busy chatting to his friend. Today, he decides to scream at me and was incredibly rude because he said I was obstructing traffic, even though there was nobody behind me. When I said to him he can speak nicely and not scream, he leaned over my child's window and threatened that he's going to watch me "even tomorrow." My child was on the verge of tears with his unacceptable behaviour!!
