Very Unprofessional and disappointing.

A family member of mine did their competency at G & J firearms / Vision Security almost 2 years back. The full amount for the competency test and everything was paid but he never received his competency documents. I contacted G & J firearms and they redirected me to Janneman Terblanch. I asked him to help me with this situation seeing that’s is been almost 2 years wait. He started swearing at me and ended the call. Afterwards I tried calling his office again and his staff told me that he simply refuses to take my call. The way Janneman Terblanch acted was very unprofessional and childish.
