Zero service

Useless and ***********. Terrible service over the last few years. Every dealing I have had with them has been a bad one. All separate incidents they have blatantly ignored my request. Every time I phone to follow up they say they will get back to me and of course never do. 1) Permission to park trailer in visitors parking for a week (still waiting for response after two years). 2) Electricity accidentally cut off for no reason. (They cut off the wrong unit by accident). Took me phoning several times before they reconnected me. 3) Letter of complaint about neighbours. Never got a reply. Still waiting after a several months. 4) No water pressure for 11 days now. Every day I phone and they say they will get back to me. I am still waiting.
