Been having a contract with this company since last year 2019, they help me rent out a 2 bedroom in Maranata Complex in Wonderpark, they also happen to own RMS a smart wallet you recharge to get electricity and water, they charge R4 daily, R8 for every recharge and they switch off your electricity if you slack on rent even during the COVID-19 period, my property was ****** at the complex while I was sleeping along with 5 other apartments, I was told there is nothing they can do, I decided to move out at the end of the month and left a balance of almost R200(switched everything off at the main), went through service cancelation process , in 5 days I got a message that my balance was running low with Just below R100 left.
