The worst experience of my life. They are ***** and *********. They allow their trustees to bully and abuse the tenets, adding unknown amounts on your levies. You don't have a say in any matter, you will be ignored if you try to speak up.

My bill went from R13 000.00 to R30 000.00 in a space of two months, before the R13 000.00 it was lesser but it got to the amount with no sound explanation. I have been charged for warnings that they can't even provide prove for. The trustee that reports the false allegations, makes the decision to charge you therefore you have no one to run to as his word is final. I have been accused of being in my house while I was away and no one was around and have been charge for that.

Currently my geyser was tampered with by one of their contractors "BASUMI", which resulted in a leakage therefore I asked the agency to follow up and explained that there was no leakage before"BASUMI" tampered with the geyser and left the roofing tile open. After a long wait and endless communications and being ignored "BASUMI" was sent by VISION PROPERTIES to attend to the matter. Now I am being forced to pay for damages that were caused by the two service providers and I am being threatened that they will remove the fixing on my geyser if I don't pay.
