Terrible Service

The service from this company is a joke. I received my first levies statement last month and I had a query to the person responsible. To this day I have not received a response despite many follow up emails. Each time I call to speak to her she is not available her line is busy.

I am not going to pay for something that I do not understand and Vision Property should be able to answer questions if they are billing an item.
