Super annoyed

Vision Properties is taking long to refund my deposit,submitted all documents they needed since the 6th of March till today no refund has been received & when I call they don’t give any straight answer to when will the money be refunded..to top it off they even charged me extra money saying it’s for paint even though inspection was done and everything was found to be in place,the walls were super clean and no painting was needed as far as inspection went…
