Rental agent who is full of lies

<p>I had a bad experience with a rental agent by the name of Carl.My partner and I once app**** for a flat in a complex called Bellama flat,Deviliours street Bellville and it was a 1 bed flat.We app**** and contacted Carl for a viewing he ran away telling lies that the keys to get in the flat were missing and they were waiting for lock smith to open and we never got to see the flat.2 weeks ago we app**** for a flat again there 2 bed this time around the very same agent have been ducking and diving with the same lie,when ever we contact him for a viewing he lies about the keys that are not available it been a week now.Is this the kin of customer service that Vision gives to his clients?The flat is vacant and we have been approved but we are not given an opportunity to view the flat.Kindly requesting for a viewing today!</p>
