Reminder letter send 9th of June and monies had to be pain the 7th of June

<p>There was an issue with Standard bank EFT system end of May 2017. I made the normal EFT payments on 29 May 2017, but due to something none of the payments went through, even though it showed that it went through. I then got a sms from Foschini etc that they did not receive payment, and as soon as I investigated the matter on the Standard bank site, I made all the payments on 9 June 2017 before 08:00. I never pay my levies late, I always pay on time. I immediately sent a response to the letter received on 9 June stating that the money must be paid before 7 June 2017. Today 28 June, I received my levies statement with a charge of R74.10 as well as interest of R5.58. This is really a joke; if I pay more money I don't receive interest. I feel this is unacceptable.</p>
