Owners are tired!!

I have been staying at Roneldapark since 2019 August, and all I have found is incomplete information, and a rude Portfolio Manager - personal and unprofessional. The agency passed the blame for its maladministration on Body Corporate and the Trustee. They allowed for non-transparency and misleading of owners in the complex. In the years I have lived at Roneldapark, there has not been a single repair or maintenance and I can see there was upgrading for a number of years now. They have allowed ******* service providers to maintain broken plumbing that never gets sorted for their benefit so they can keep gaining money from owners.
