NOT FAIR

When you pay a deposit they will not give it back - you must send mails and text messages for 2 weeks - and then they have no reason to hold back the deposit. We left the premises exactly how we found it, perfect. But they wont pay the whole deposit back.

And the office personnel that you must contact will never contact you back.
