No words! ****************!!!!!!

I have never had such a bad experience with a company collecting levies. First of all, Vision properties did not inform me that they took over from the previous agents, so my monthly debit order went to the incorrect agent. When they finally got hold of me (they were using my OLD NUMBER and OLD email address that I no longer have access to, they smacked me with a massive bill and attorney fees. After explaining what happened they did not care less, so I just coughed up R12 000 that same month. IN HINDSIGHT, I should never had paid all the extra costs. Then I set up a debit order for Vision Prop, but they say they did not receive it, and hit me with another HUGE bill and more lawyer fees, and they charge R75 per email!! Not the attorneys, Vision prop!! That is daylight *****ing. Then I showed them proof of payment and they saw that I was paying the entire time! They even charged me for the geyser that burst in another unit!! I looked at the payment portal, and you can clearly see all the money that I paid, so its impossible that they did not know about my payments! I want my attorneys fees and each and every fee for an sms and email credited to my account. Super angry that this has happened, imagine how it feels is you pay and pay and they keep sending emails that cost R75 and then top that with attorney fees! EVERY time I got a msg from them that my account is due more and more whilst I was paying all the time!
