Linden lane saga

I've been in living in one of their property called linden lane, it's the worst experience Ive ever had renting... Now I've in communication with their agent to move from 2nd floor to ground since my wife is pregnant, they keep shuffling me between didi and Daniel my mail which I have sent 15 November to both of them is still not rep**** and when I call I'm always told they'd call me back in 10 min... Worst thing my wife have swollen feet and have to take the stairs.
