Only one person tries to help the rest not doing a thing. Have been busy for 8 months with these people to get a heat pump fixed but nothing has come from that. I kept getting irregular invoices that was not accurate as the heat pump was connected to the guy below so when he uses hot water it ticks on my meter. So I paid double the first two months over R2000. They promised me that It would be fixed, got a mail that said I wont pay for hot water as the meter is not working, that fell through immediately as they could not keep their promise. Spoke to Martie at vision properties and have been promised that they will have a meeting on the 25th of June...Its been several months later and no fix. To add to to insult, I had to pay a set amount every month but got more and more as time progressed. When I said I am refusing to pay I got a email from the same person telling me it might be a leak in the toilet. These people are so useless they refuse to fix their problems, which is even worse is that we were promised a new shower door when we moved in, nothing has happened. We had to get a plumber because the plumbing was messed up. They cut corners and ignore us. Also the heat pump has been like this for 3 years!!!! How many people have they ignored for this same unit also for how long!!!!!! You will soon read about this also in a few newspapers as I am making sure that these people will be answering to all the people they have ignored over the years!. Now I am just being ignored by them.
