Blame Shifting and Bad Administration

I have RAW SEWERAGE floating in my yard since last Wed, 21 Jan 2016. The issue was reported to our Body Corporate, who sent out Plumbers to my townhouse on Thur, 22 Jan 2016.<br> <br> Unforrtunately, the Plumbers were unable to remove the blockage in the Manhole and VISION reported the matter to City of Tswhane Municipality on Fri, 23 Jan 2016.<br> <br> No one attended to the problem on Friday or over the weekend and when following this up with the Municipality on Mon, 26 Jan 2016, I was informed that the INCORRECT address was given to them by VISION Properties.<br> <br> Surely the Body Corporated as ADMINISTRATORS of our Complex should have their admin in order??<br> <br> They have been the Administrators for several years now.<br> <br> When phoning them, the attitude I got from them were unbelievable!! It was no one's fault..<br> <br> I insisted on speaking to the Director. I asked, if me and my child can book into a Guest House (please bear in mind that sewerage is streaming down the side of my house and that the stenge is unbearable) and asked if the Body Corporate will pay these bills.<br> <br> His reply was: \NO!
