Bad service

I took my car to vision motors in pretoria in Jan 2017, after my car overheated. After a lot of back and forth they first said it was the radiator. Which was +- R7000.00 then after the mechanic took the car for a test ride they phoned me to say that during the test ride the cambelt snapped. Which I also had to pay for. At this stage I was so look done and told them to please just get my car in running order. R30000.00 later we got the car back. The car had a weird sound to it but they said this is just due to everything "settling". I took this complaint to the ombudsman and after them e-mailing back and forth and after my car started to sound okay again I left it at that. Last Friday my husband noticed radiator water under the car. We promptly took the car back to vision motors . Today my husband went to check up after no news. The owner then just said sorry he does not have a contract with the radiator place any more and his 1 year guarantee is no longer valid. I just need someone to explain to me how this works? I don't understand. Never will I ever ever suggest anyone to take there car there.
