Vision meat is a bad working environment z

I left my job and my house in Lichtenburg to go and work for vision meat, only to work 3 weeks when the workers, owners and Hr's turned against me begause the previous manager did not want to move and give up his position, so from left and right all of his negligence and lack of skills and work, was pointed at me, the 3 years he has worked there he has never completed any paperwork and i was welcomed with stacks and stacks backing up to 2022 never been completed, eg: drivecams, checklists, jobcards and so on. So i left everything for nothing and now my family is the one suffering because of their neglect and stupidity. I would bot recommend anyone to work for this company as i can say that the same will happen to you
