Visible Improvements roof repairs - Poor service

Think twice about using these guys. They did not honour their guarantee to me. They repaired and painted my roof but when the paint began to flake so did their enthusiasm. They sent a team to take a look and I was told they would definitely repair their work in honour of their guarantee. I then called to make appointments for them to do the work and on two occasions they simply failed to show up. I then spoke with Frank, the owner who really should not be trusted with a telephone. He hung up on me. They then sent another employee to take a look and when I followed up with them they claimed the damage was due to hail which they must have missed the first time around. Frank's son then said he would organise a third, 'neutral' assessment. That was a month ago...I am still waiting. The actual teams that did the work were very friendly but the owner and his sone were rude and defensive. Customer service was atrocious.
