Useless Job. Roof worse than before they started.

Visible improvement not only didn't fix the leak they were adamant they will be able to repair but caused more leaks! • The roof is still leaking after 9 attempts to repair it. • The lead repairer in charge of the repairs (Walter) confirmed several times that the leaks are due to poor workmanship. • He also confirmed that the additional leaks to the roof which were not present previously were as a result of his team removing the sheeting and not sealing it properly again. • I now have stains to my ceiling, walls and my headboard as a result of the additional damage caused by poor workmanship of Visible Improvements. • Every time it rains, we need to rush home from wherever we are to move the bed so that the headboard and bedding does not get wet and stained further. This is rather inconvenient. • After the initial repairs were done, we had our Insurance company come out to re-do the entire ceiling and repaint both the walls and ceiling. This has to be done yet again due to the continuous leaking and staining. • Therefore, the work that was paid for was not done properly and has never been properly fixed from the start due to poor workmanship. • Visible Improvements is in breach of contract. • We have also noticed additional leaks in the “Downstairs sitting room” which Walter is aware of.
