Roof Still Leaking

Once all the money was paid Frank stopped taking calls. Promised last year to fix leaks second week of January 2016. No show. Opens mails but do not respond. Not taking calls. Even tried his son who informed me no longer work for his dad. Do not trust any verbal agreement.
