No Integrity

I have put off writing this review for years as I kept hoping that Visible Improvements would honor their 10 year warranty on our roof repair. Well, of course they didn't as what they did to repair our roof simply didn't work. They recommended replacing the broken tiles and then spraying over with an Israli paint that supposedly sealed the tiles. Needless to say, this didn't come close to working so they came back time after time and in fact used plastic to keep the water out. however even this wasn't done all the way out to the roof's edge so we got water collecting everywhere, coming down both inside and outside the walls. It was simply a train-wreck. I cannot tell you how many times we phoned, they even occasionally came to "have a look" but unfortunately never followed through. I am guessing that some simple repairs can be done efficiently by this company but if it's anything complicated, do yourself a favor and use someone else. Do note that these days they are also calling themselves "All Roofing" I am now in the process of spending thousands of Rands to have the roof redone for the 2nd time!
