Bad Customer service

<p>Visible Improvements repaired our Patio roof for leaks after convicning us they are the best. The roof leaked after the repair, which they attended to but we are still havingn leaks.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are now ignoring us completely.</p> <p> </p> <p>Frank sent a single person to look at the roof when he had conirfmed a repair time and date with my wife, who took time off work to be at the house.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worker told my wife he was there to look at the roof and had not brought any material or equipment. His van was also pouring oil on our driveway.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worker said he would come that Sunday to do the job but a short abrupt email from Frank told us they do not work on weekends.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have to take off work to be there so Visible Improvements can attend to the leak.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have had to return now for the second time and we still are being ncovenienced. Not only that Frank was exceptionally rude to me about my wife who had every write to be upset about the service and quality of work we have received, but he is not responding, or accomodating any of our needs to attempt to sort out the leak which is still under guarantee.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have now been completey ignored since the on or about the 3rd February this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am flababergasted that people continue to run businesses with such an attitude and quality of service.</p> <p> </p> <p>do not use this business</p>
