APPALLNGLY BAD SERVICE

I ordered Colab ceramic coasters from Visi's online shop. I received them on 03.11.2022; they were damaged. I e-mailed Visi via the contact details provided to arrange a return. No response. I e-mailed again on 14.11.2022. this time to the editor at the e-mail address provided by the News24 swtichboard (Visi is a magazine in the NewMediaStable). Again, no response. I have tried to use the messaging facility on the webstore site but this only produces error messages. The 'phone numbers provided merely state that staff members are working remotely because of the Covid pandemic! The service is appallingly bad. BE AWARE IF YOU BUY AND MAY NEED TO RETURN ITEMS, YOU MAY WELL HAVE ISSUES!
