Spoiled prawns

Been a loyal customer for many years. Quality of the seafood products were excellent. However it has deteriorated drastically. Bought 2 boxes of prawns from their branch at Avonwood, upon cleaning and cooking the prawns I noticed something was off. Disregarding my skepticism, I finished cooking the prawns and proceeded to eat it. The most bitter and foul taste I have ever tasted. Turns out my assumption of the prawns being spoiled was correct. Lost a whole pot of seafood due to this, mind you it has not been the first time I experienced purchasing spoiled seafood from them.
