RUDE STAFF

I'm so disgusted in the level of service from their Parow branch. I refuse to buy anything at that branch My mother and I was busy shopping and had a trolly full of groceries. At the time this happened my 2-year-old daughter just came off the nappy and need to use a toilet urgently. I asked 1 of the ladies if it would ok if my daughter used their toilet as she needed to go. The lady said no because their toilets are not for the public. I told her I understand but my daughter is only 2 and she won't be able to keep it in. I also mentioned. she was more than welcome to go with and see. However, she refused. I told I'm such a loyal customer to Visfabriek and I showed her the amount of groceries we're buying, all I need is her helping me with my daughter to the toilet and she can't do that small thing, then I won't shop there again. The lady along with the manager said that they will not help me with my 2 year old to the toilet and told us to leave the store. How disgraceful of these people. I managed to email the owners of the business, Juanita and Sabastian Duarttee. Sabastian called me back a week after the email was sent. He mentioned he will address the matter and get to me, it's a year and he still never got back to me. I stopped buying and supporting Visfabriek. I've made my entire family and my friendship circle stop buying from them. Not only because of my bad experience, but because they experienced bad services from different Visfabriek shop as well. All their staff is in desperate need to customer service training. None of them have people skills and none of them are friendly and helpful. I will gladly train them up on customer service, because I'm all about service and how you treat your clients.
