ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am appauled by the low level (non existent actually) of customer service offered by the staff at their WP Park branch opposite Epping industria. From the disgruntled looks I was given by the staff to waiting at the till to pay for my goods for what seemed like a minute or two, as the cashiers and staff were too busy having a conversation about how the white lady/cashier/person can keep anything between her ****s. I stood like an idiot after asking them what was I waiting for. It was clear that they did not want to assist me as they all looked at each other in confusion, after which the manager on duty assisted me.

This branch's staff has zero etiquette, zero professionalism, zero people skills and zero communication skills.

It would be beneficial to the consumer if you stated that your staff is not trained and ill-mannered to avoid the expectation of basic customer service and decency.
