False advertising

I bought pizza cheese mix from Visfabriek Herm**** on the 13th of January. Imagine my surprise when I put my pizza in the oven and the cheese didn't melted. I then discovered that the cheese was processed cheese wnd taste horrible on a pizza. Nowhere on the package it states that it was process cheese. I contacted head office in Brackenfell and explained my dilemma. At first the manager was helpful and said he willphone me back on Monday the 16th. Monday can and he never came back to me. I phoned 2 or 3 times after that and is still waiting now for 2 weeks for the manager to come back to me. When I phone he is always unavailable. I won't recommend anybody to buy this cheese mix
