Disgusting customer service

Extremely disgusting customer service. I’ve made a complaint explaining an incident that took place on the 4th of May in store with one of the cashiers who was extremely RUDE to my mother.

I was told to email *** in which I I did. They then asked me to explain what has happened in which I did on the 07/05/20.

Till today I have not had a response to my complaint.

We are regular customers and it’s sad to think that this is how you get treated for informing them of a cashier who has no customer service s****s or etiquette when talking to customers.

They have simply ignored my complaint.

Extremely disgusted customer. I will never shop there again!!
