Bad Visfabriek Somerset west

Terrible service from Manager at Somerset West branch, its been always a joy shopping there, bought the seafood mix, mini shrimps and prawns these products were off, went back same day and was advised that seafood was not off, I approached a customer just to smell in store the lady "rep**** that went bad" understandable to have product that went bad my complain is the attitude of the Manager no customer service she rep**** all the seafood smells that way meaning everything went bad?, I left the store empty handed as she refused to take goods back bad bad service.
