At first I was impressed with their services, as they got us an appointment for VISAs much quicker than the other agencies, for which they already quoted quite a premium for. We accepted the quote and proceeded with our appointment. Then they invoiced us for R900 more per person under 'consulate fees', and at first claimed it was due to exchange rates, which is literary impossible, then they changed their story and said it was for an sms service and courier and the premium services. The first two of which we never requested and the latter which they alreay quoted us on. Then they ignored all our emails to query this knowing we are under pressure to get our VISAs before we depart. Ultimately they are now about R2 000 more expensive per person than other agencies and ********* in their billing knowing that if you don't pay them you will not get your VISAs.
