Pathetic service from VISA ZONE
I am extremely unhappy with Visa Zone, Mavis and the entire team. I submitted my documents as my agent they never looked at what i submitted. After paying R5100 i deserve a refund. There was never a time they advised me to submit supporting documents. When Evants met us at VFS i had to fill in the forms while VFS consultant was waiting yet i gave Mavis my supporting documents 2 weeks prior to day of interview at the VSF. If you want to use them please do it at your own risk. Never again will i refer anyone or use them again. I have asked to speak to the owner of the company and no one is willing to give me contact details.

As explained in our email response, you were refused by the issuing authority due to your personal circumstances, i.e. Invalid Information on Application Form, Employment & Lack of additional required docs.
