Horrible service

Pathetic service! Customer service is at the bottom of their priorities. Management doesn't give a damn, no matter how many times you request to speak to them. The call center apparently "does not" have managers on site, only consultants. No empathy to a client that is extremely stressed out. Important and urgent information relayed via email only, no calls made to me so that matters are resolved with urgency and even if you try to call the call center you cannot get hold of the consultant helping you. I went through a whole process without my consultant returning any of my calls, not once. I will never use this company again and I strongly advise against anyone wanting to use them.
