Average service but not very helpful
Getting a Visa as a first time applicant is extremely confusing, and after dealing with Visas Zone I am even more confused! I won't mention names but after calling almost daily for two weeks following up myself and hardly getting emails back or calls backs I decided to go somewhere else. Agents very friendly over the phone though! Just a little delayed on getting back to clients.
