DONT PAY UPFRONT

Terrible communication with owner. I have a credit of around R2800 with them, and have been begging for over a year to start the british passport application. It was advised that i needed a vault birth certifiate and that my credit would be enough to start the process. Over a year later with numerous e mails and whats ups, I am being totally ignored. I have been really patient, but enough is enough. I want my money back !!!
