On VisaHQ's page, I was presented with a button to "Apply for visa" in a block that said "Apply for Morocco Visa Online." When I clicked on the link, it took me to a page that allowed me to select the visa type, which I did. I was then taken to a page where I had to pay for the service, which I did. After completing my visa application, I was informed that I am not eligible for the e-visa I had just app**** for. After contacting them, it turns out that the second web page had additional information on it if one scrolled down. However, this was not suggested or hinted at in any way on the page as I saw it. Neither was there any information even suggesting that there was important eligibility information displayed outside the screen. While I doubt this information was intentionally hidden, they could scarcely have hidden it better if they had tried to do so. Their response to my complaint was that I should have known to scroll down on the second page that, as noted above, had absolutely no indication that this was even possible - let alone that there was important eligibility information to be considered before applying. Their further feedback was that I should apparently have done "due diligence" before contacting them. In that case, my question is why anyone should use their service? A service that doubles the cost of the visa, I might add. I have now lost two days that I could have app**** for a visa because of information that VisaHQ did not clearly provide. I now have the very real risk of not getting a visa in time. And I have been charged $25 for this mess after refund. Avoid this VisaHQ. Their web page is so bad that it is both misleading and hides information, and they will take your money without even confirming that they can help you.
